Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order, however due to the nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

This includes:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Digital product purchases after download/access
  • Minor colour variations between screen display and printed products

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if a product:

  • Has a major fault
  • Is significantly different from the description or sample shown
  • Is not of acceptable quality
  • Is unsafe or defective

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the fault or damage

We will assess the issue and, where required under Australian Consumer Law, provide a replacement or refund.

Print-On-Demand Products

All merchandise is made to order through our print partner. Because products are custom made specifically for each order:

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind
  • Please carefully review sizing charts before purchasing

If there is a manufacturing issue or printing error, we will work with our supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Digital Products (eBooks & Downloads)

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all ebook and digital download sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Failure to read the product description
  • Compatibility issues with personal devices

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we’ll assist you.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Lost or stolen parcels marked as delivered
